Since founded in 1991, Nara has been a matchless “leading company” in the real estate appraisal industry in all its aspects especially in the staff number and its sales; however, we do not become complacent about the present and serve customers’ various interests by challenging ourselves to establish new companies as Nara Construction Research Institute, NARA-Realty Advisor and Nara Investment Manage Company; and now under the name of NARA brand we “Nara Appraisal & Realty Advisor [NARA]” realign our companies to make our new leap forward. To keep pace with changes such as the capital market opening and the increase of the investment demand on overseas real estates, NARA established overseas branch (NARA-LA Branch) at the very first in the korean appraisal field in 2004 and signed and has been in a strategic partnership with Beijing Shoujia Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. and Guoce Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd., which are the major appraisal & real estate service companies in Asia.
